M&E Project Manager

M&E Project Manager - 6 month rolling contract - MOJ - East Mids based - Up to £270 per day

Your new company
Hays Building Services, Leicester are working with a Secure Infrastructure provider for the MOJ, who require an M&E Project Manager to work as part of the Minor Works team.

Your new role
You will responsible for the delivery of M&E works valued up to 200k per project, with the expectation of delivering multiple projects across the East Midlands, the majority of which are Boiler replacements. You will predominantly be site based managing the M&E contractors carrying out the installations, e ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope . You may also be required to play a part in the tender process for new upcoming projects with the ability of creating robust M&E scopes of work.

What you'll need to succeed

• Building Services qualifications - Mechanically bias preferable.
• Experience delivering boiler replacement projects.
• Experience delivering multiple minor work projects at once.
• Experience of creating scopes of work and tendering M&E packages to external contractors.
• Full UK driver's license and the willingness to travel across projects within the East Midlands.
• You must be prepared to carry out a standard DBS and full Prison clearance (the cost of which is covered)

What you'll get in return

• £250 - £270 per day + 45p business mileage.
• 6-month rolling contract.
• ASAP start following interviews which are being held w/c 12th October 2020.
