Senior Site Agent / Contracts Manager required for Civils Contractor, to work on projects across North Wales

Your new company
You'll be working for a well respected Regional Civil Engineering Contractor, who after a period of sustained growth and contract awards, are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their business on a temporary / freelance basis

Your new role
Managing sites across North Wales, you'll be tasked with overseeing the projects, managing the contracts, ensuring the projects are running inline with programme, looking at drawings, completing site paperwork, liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders and providing the necessary support for site. All projects are small Groundworks / Civils schemes

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need Civils project experience and must have worked in a similar role previously. You must be a competent Construction professional and have demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects at any one time
You must have SMSTS, CSCS and ideally 1st Aid
