Yes! - Despite recent economic events, my client has seen revenue and profits skyrocket for the year of 2020 and rent collections at around 99%.They are growing and are looking for a new addition to the team - a Property Manager - who will manage a highly-visible Office property in their portfolio in North-West Dallas.
WHO THEY ARE?
They Invest-in, Own and Operate Class A and Class B Office real estate in some of the fastest-growing suburban real estate markets in Texas.
Their portfolio comprises of nearly 5MM SF of commercial real estate, across Texas.

THE ROLE
- As Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the asset, (stabilized at 96% right now), which is a Class-A Office in North West Dallas.Duties include;
- Overseeing the Building's Engineering Team and Construction Improvement/TI projects, on behalf of new tenantsPartnering with Accounting team on adhoc performance reports.Being an on-the-ground POC for all other day-to-day issues that arise - something strong Property Managers can relate to!
