Your new company
Working for a main contractor who specialise in Education, healthcare, hosing and public sector projects This role is for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a £3.5m new build town centre site. The site is a 2 storey steel frame structure, currently at 1st fix internal fit out. The contract is s being undertaken on Design & Build basis.

Your new role
The role is for a stand alone Senior Manager to oversee all site based activities, reporting into a supportive visiting Contracts Manager. The role will also involve a high degree of liaison with the client.

What you'll need to succeed
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black card
* Ist Aid at Work
* 5 years + experience in a stand alone site manager role for a similar project
