Head of Projects - Salary Negotiable pending experience - car/car allowance

I am recruiting on behalf of a world wide leader in mechanical and electrical construction. They have an exceptional reputation and are massively in growth even following Covid-19. The main ethos of the business is to give life to new structures and and sustaining life in existing ones. They are now currently recruiting for a head of projects vacancy to help over see and manage projects within the Hampshire region. Their staff retention and ability to provide stability in your career are the main factors behind there working success.


You will be employed as head of projects based on a site within Hampshire, with occasional visits to other sites within Hampshire needed. Your main day to day duties include develop strong working relationships with client staff, strategically manage and review supply chains, carry out monthly project reviews, take ownership of major projects and provide support and management of the projects schedules to deadline and budgets set.


You must have experience within civils, fit out or energy type projects in a project/contract management level role. You must be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a driver of people, excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, proven track record of setting up and managing supply chains and have the drive and passion to push the projects along with excellent productivity.


You will be working for a huge company with an exceptional reputation, salary negotiable depending on experience, company car/car allowance, the ability to manage projects at a high level and push on with senior management in your construction career.
