Project Surveyor opportunity in central Essex

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a prosperous and sociable surveying practice in central Essex. You will be joining a close-knit team comprising of Building Surveyors and Project Managers who are responsible for delivering commercial projects, including education.

Your new role
As the Building Surveyor/Project Surveyor you will be involved in a variety of education projects including new build and refurbishment schemes. You will be responsible for specification writing, condition surveys, contract administration, defect analysis and producing bid packages.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the opportunity you will need to be an experienced building surveyor with experience managing projects and ideally both JCT and NEC contract administration. Access to a vehicle will be required for work purposes.
