Your new company
A highly reputable North west based developer/contractor are looking for a Project Manager experienced in listed building refurbishment to join their team, to deliver on a stunning transformation of a listed building in Liverpool, which will become a luxury hotel. There is a large pipeline of future developments across the North West, with a particular focus on Liverpool.
Your new role
You will deliver the £6m renovation of a iconic Liverpool building into a stunning boutique hotel. You will deliver n this project from start to finish an will also have oversight into final pre-construction works, programming, procurement. Day to day on site, you will oversee day to day coordination of design development; programme development & monitoring; representing the construction team in meetings; preparing reports for issue to all major stakeholders; reporting on progress; input into the procurement of subcontractors to assist the commercial team; coordinating and managing subcontractors full and sole responsibility for day to day management of site and ensuring highest standards of H& are maintained on site. Overall responsibility for delivery, and quality of finish sits with this role, and there is an expectation that you will value engineer and work closely with commercial to ensure budget is maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience delivering as No 1 on site on listed building refurbishments is essential for this role, along with SMSTS.
