Project Manager - Housing / Manufacturing - Northamptonshire


A well known business based in Northamptonshire who specialise in the housing market are looking for an individual to join their business in order to help with the expansion of their new arm of their business. This company specialise in manufacturing bespoke properties for the housing market and they are expanding this new arm of their business in order to incorporate the private housing market as well as targeting developers.

They are ideally looking for someone who has experience working within the construction industry and who has a background working on residential projects ideally - but the knowledge of the manufacturing process would be a huge advantage. This role will involve liaising with the production team to ensure that projects are running on time and to budget from a manufacturing point of view in order to allow sites to work to the relevant programme of works. it would be advantageous if you have a knowledge of the cost/estimating side of the industry as well - as this could also be an element to your role.

This role could suit someone who has an all round background in construction - to include estimating/surveying/project management - who is looking for a new and exciting challenge OR someone who has a wide range of experience in a similar role who could hit the ground running and add value straight away.
