A leading property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Rural Surveyor to join their growing team based out of their office in Devon. This is a well-established business that has remained stable throughout the lockdown period and is now continuing to expand. They have been winning a significant amount of new instructions and this person will be integral with continuing this trend. This is a highly varied role, undertaking the full spectrum of rural work including; Red Book valuations; Landlord and Tenant work; wayleaves and easements; Basic Farm Payment and Countryside Stewardship; rural planning, and estate management. MRICS is preferred however exceptional APC candidates will also be considered.
