Your new company
A leading house builder are looking for an up and coming Site Manager to join their team, on a site of 30 traditional build units due to break ground this Autumn. This role may suit an established Assistant looking to progress their career as No 1 on site.

Your new role
You will take a lead on a small site of traditional units from start on site, set set up through to completion and closing down of the site with the support of an experienced Contracts Manager and Finishing Foreman. You will oversee all trades on site, ensuring build programme is maintained, quality of delivery and highest standards of H&S are upheld throughout the build. You will work closely with sales and customer care teams to ensure a first class customer service, completing home demo's and ensuring an excellent quality finish and smooth handover process is delivered.

What you'll need to succeed
You are operating as an experienced Assistant, or already delivering your own new build housing sites at management level. New build housing experience is essential for this role.
