Established over 25 years ago, this respected regional contractor has developed a reputation for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects with extremely high levels of customer satisfaction, technical innovation and quality of finishing. As a result of continued, considered expansion and a healthy order book, they are now in a position to take on an experienced Project Manager to join their tight-knit operations team.

Your new role
Reporting to the operations director, your new role will involve close management of the building and commercial aspects of two to three bespoke residential developments at any one time, providing support and direction to the site managers, chairing progress meetings, updating programmes, liaising with client/ client representatives, procuring and coordinating subcontractors and materials, raising RFIs, checking quality is to an exemplary level of finish, ensuring safety, health and environmental standards are met and delivering projects to cost and timescale.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates for this role may either be from a trade background or from a tertiary education route, should have an excellent understanding of build methodology and project programming, have the experience to recognise potential issues and bottlenecks well in advance of them becoming problematic and be an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to liaise effectively with client, consultants, colleagues and subcontractors alike.
