Job Details
The developer is about to go on to site with a mixed use development in central London, using construction management. We want to find a candidate who is a proven project manager for mixed use, new build, development who possess a hands on mentality to all aspects of a build with regards design, cost, schedule and quality. The role will report to the development director so ownership of all matters construction are key.
The scheme is 400,000 sq/ft of mixed use development including a 20+storey tower.
