Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Asset Manager to join a leading property company/developer. This person will take a lead role in looking after a retail-led mixed use site in Staffordshire. Designing and implementing strategy, rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, disposals, etc.
