Job Details
A major UK Property Company is looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Asset Manager to join their growing team. Looking after a mixed commercial and residential portfolio this role can be based out of either London or Leeds offices with regular travel between the two. This is a proper 'value adding' Asset Management role, looking after lettings, refurbishments, rent reviews, lease renewals, etc. You must be highly motivated and have the ability to work with a reasonable amount of autonomy.
