Mechanical Supervisor

A permanent position for Mechanical Supervisor to work for a main contractor.

Your new company
This is a family owned business that is now employing over 700 people. They work across a range of projects, commercial, retail, education, heritage and industrial projects so variety is something that you will experience here. They work on refurbishment, new built and fit out projects so you will get a chance to see a project through from different stages of construction.

Your new role
As mechanical supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of installers, plumbers and pipe fitters on site. Your job is to make sure that everyone knows what to deliver and by what date and report back to your manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an NVQ level 3 and previous experience working as a mechanical supervisor. Ideally you would have started your career off with an apprenticeship and progressed through to your current role.
You will need to have good communication skills and be an organised with your time and workload.
