Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Administrator to work for a reputable Social Housing provider within the Property & Assets department. This position is on a temporary basis and is expected to last between 3 - 6 months.

Your new role
Your duties will be working within the Estates & Assets team and working through a backlog of compliance certifications, ensuring they have been uploaded to the systems correctly.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you will ideally have a background working within a Housing Association / Estates function and have strong administrative skills. Due to the nature of the role, you must be computer literate.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a temporary contract between 3-6 months with a competitive rate of pay.
