Assistant Development Manager

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Development Manager/Development Surveyor with 1-2 years experience to work across some of the most exciting developments happening in East London

Role requirements:

- Solid experience in Excel and knowledge of Argus Developer and other appraisal tools would be beneficial. Candidates will ideally have at least one year experience in advising or working on residential/mixed use development schemes in Greater London.

- Assist with all elements of the new (and current) schemes including appraisals, planning, feasibility, delivery and handover.

- Assist in managing complex developments from conception through to completion.

- Work within legal requirements to ensure full compliance..

- Assist in the management of Joint Venture relationships.

- Maintain commercial confidentiality of all interested parties, including strict monitoring of own contacts and dealings.

- Real Estate degree/Full RICS Membership is preferred but not essential.
