Quantity Surveyor – Peterborough
Experienced Quantity Surveyor required by leading built environment consultant to provide a comprehensive, accurate and value driven service for large, high profile and exciting key clients in the residential, retirement living, commercial and industrial sectors.
A confident Quantity Surveyor you will be comfortable with feasibility estimates, cost planning (presenting with no supervision), contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering and commercial awareness, fee generation, dispute resolution and post contract management (competent in cost reporting).
You will have a relevant degree and be MRICS ideally with an understanding of JCT Design and Build form of contract and a variety of project types/sizes/sectors that might include residential, care, commercial and industrial sector experience.
