Stock Condition Surveyor

Temporary Stock Condition Surveyor job in Doncaster for a Housing Association.

Your new company
A large housing association with property mostly in sheltered accommodation across Hull, Driffield, York and Doncaster.

Your new role
Stock Condition surveying of all properties -sheltered, flats and street houses, with tenanted properties around the Doncaster and nearby South Yorkshire area. All appointments will be booked for you, and you will undertake a full stock condition survey on a tablet.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent customer service skills, as well as good building knowledge, ideally a qualification in surveying or similar and be based locally to Doncaster or surrounding areas.

What you'll get in return
An excellent rate of £17-£18 per hour, and 45p mileage paid, with flexible working from home and the chance to work with high standard property.
