The client is seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor who is about to Charter or has recently Chartered into their expanding team in Bristol.

Their Building Surveying team advise on multi-million pound structures and estates, through to modest adaptations, extension, new build, repairs and reporting upon buildings of all ages including structures of architectural and historic importance.

You will be Degree qualified in Building Surveying ideally and have some experience in Health & Safety / CDM as well as Project Management, and in the role of Contract Administrator & Employers Agent. On the Professional side you will carry out Party Wall, Dilapidations, Defects Diagnosis, Pre-acquisition Surveys etc.

You will be driven to succeed and confident and capable to front into their blue-chip client base across a range of sectors both, public and private.
