Quantity Surveyor - Developer - Manchester

If you're a Quantity Surveyor and have been keeping an eye out for a position with a commercial Developer... this is it.

With a huge pipeline of work, they have decided the time is right to bring the costings on pre and post contract work in-house; so you'll be working on multi-million pound projects in the North West, lots of residential and mixed use and commercial work, with a dynamic team and some exciting times ahead for them.

You should ideally be chartered (RICS or CIOB) and have a grounding in residential work, be diligent, and not mind some boring work alongside the exciting stuff too - 3 years of experience at either consultancy, contractor or another developer is the min.
