Project Director ( D&B Interiors)

Are you an ambitious sale led Project Director operating within the Design & Build Fit Out Arena who is looking for the platform and opportunity to step up to Managing Director level ?

Solution are looking to source the skills of a talented and well-connected Project Director on behalf of this award winning medium sized fit out / main contractor within the city of London.

You will be tasked with taking the reins of the companies D&B business unit which enjoys an annual turner over of circa £10m PA. With ambitious plans afoot it will be your remit to increase turn over whilst further developing the businesses reputation and brand through your strong industry relationships.

You will demonstrate a strong long-term D&B Fit Out delivery background gained with experience of managing key end user accounts and running multiple projects concurrently for recognised D&B Fit Out Contractors.

You will be skilled at bringing projects to contract with a light management style on the operational side.

Once the business expectations and results have been delivered you will be presented with the genuine opportunity to head the business within a Managing Director capacity.
