Job Details
We are currently working with one of the most forward-thinking developers based in North London that due to its expansion is looking to for a Land Manager.
The successful candidates will be working on all aspects of the current and future schemes mainly focussing on:
- Contract negotiation
- Appraisals
- Planning
- Feasibilities
- Delivery
- Handover
- Land sale
You will be also managing external consultants to ensure they are delivering within programme and time schedule.
Previous experience required:
- Educated to degree level or above
- Preferably MRICS qualified
- Planning and Development experience
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years' PQE from a developer, agency environment or house builder
