Site Manager opportunity in Cambridge - 1 year contract

Your new company
Your new company are a roofing specialist who are currently undertaking an exciting range of commercial projects in the Cambridge area.

Your new role
Due to new exciting projects wins they are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to be based on a project based in central Cambridge. You will be responsibility for the day to day running of the site and representing the company and reporting into the Contracts Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
A relevant qualification route, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
A ability to prioritise, manage and organise workload across a range of directly employed and sub-contract trade, maintaining a full awareness of the demands of a scheme that focus on delivering a quality product.
On site management and implantation of health and safety and risk awareness procedure.
Full awareness of the build process, ensuring effects and snagging issues are kept to a absolute minimum and that quality is not compromised.
