Well know, well regarded niche property business are seeking to hire a Property Investment Analyst to join the team. Applicants will work to develop a thorough understanding of their market, both in the UK and Europe wide. You will provide support to the investment & acquisitions team, undertaking detailed research projects on local markets, producing financial models and ultimately be part of the team making recommendations on next steps for the business. Applicants will have a background in identifying, gathering, analysing and interpreting varying data sources. The role is Manchester based, paying circa £25 - £30,000 DOE.
