Architect Project Manager

Perfect opportunity for an experienced architect who is looking to move on from mainstream architecture.

The job will see you liaising and managing external architectural practices and obtaining client approvals for the design and construction of high-profile projects, primarily in the London area.

It's a way to stay close to good quality architecture whilst making a break for new territory and taking on new responsibilities. The projects can be anything from hotels to commercial towers, mixed-use schemes, cultural projects and housing. It's all good quality work with well-respected developers.

Due to current demand in the commercial sector, we do need someone who has dealt with major office projects. We'd like to hear from Senior Architects up to Associate Directors, who are either in practice or may already be working client-side or within a property consultancy.

Starting salary will be £60K- £65K plus bonus, pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday and other perks.
