Regional Property Manager

Fantastic opportunity to work client side for this National Landlord as a Regional Property Manager. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Property Management Team and be accountable for the delivery of a customer focused, property and facilities management service to tenants, whilst minimising risks to properties. You will also ensure the delivery of value for money services across the service charge estate within the region and manage the respective budgets and assure full recovery of all relevant service charges from our tenants where applicable.

You will be MRICS qualified and be at least 5 years PQE, have a proven track record in property and/or facilities management, strong people management experience and leadership skills, strong negotiation skills and a full and valid driving licence.
