Site Manager for Commercial Fit-Outs


Your new company

An expanding company offering full design to completion service for commercial fit-out, bespoke joinery, complete project management and delivery. Having been awarded several exciting contracts they are looking for a new site manager to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting into the project manager you will hold overall responsibility for the day to day running of the site.

Working closely with the project manager and other on-site teams you will ensure works are carried out as per the clients' scope, programme and contract terms. As both a client and sub-contractor facing role you will be liaising with all interested parties on a regular basis.

Quality is at the core of everything the company do and their reputation is built on the delivery of this. You will ensure that these standards are always maintained among the on-site teams.

The company's Head Office is based near Leeds and projects can be anywhere around the UK so ability to travel is essential.


What you'll need to succeed


You will have experience of working as site manager within the commercial fit-out sector or similar.

You will hold a minimum of CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness with a strong understanding of CDM regulations 2015 and Health & Safety.

An ability to work on your own initiative along with an outgoing personality and excellent work ethic will see you succeed within this business.

As projects can vary in location a full driving licence will be required.
