Architectural Technologist Leeds

Role Title: Architectural Technologist - 9 Month fixed term contract

Reports to: Head of Architecture & Design

Departments: Property Development

Salary: £27,000 - £38,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: Leeds

Exciting opportunity to work alongside an award-winning client who strives to be the best they can be. Client facing role, you will be responsible for the full retail projects life cycle, from concept to detailing design and construction. Fast paced environment you will be analysing architectural plans and drawings and highlighting any possible risks or problems and making amendments using computer aided design applications.

Ideally you would have the following skills & attributes;

• AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Revit (Expert)
• Understanding of building regulations
• Experience working in or with large scale organisations in customer facing industries.
• Creativity, imagination & vision
• Process orientated
• Ideally educated to degree
