Hays are exclusively working with an SME multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Glasgow to help them recruit an Associate/ Director into their Glasgow office. This company are UK based with offices in Glasgow and London and currently work in a variety of different sectors including commercial, education, health, retail and food & drink. Due to a large amount of pipeline work they are looking to recruit an additional member of staff that can help with business development and management of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience working in a PQS firm is essential
- Track record of business development
- Mix of sector experience would be beneficial
- The ability to build rapport with clients and create business opportunities
- Experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders and billing
