Project Manager Required-£55,000-£65,000 p/a + bens-Commercial Sector

I am recruiting on behalf of an exclusive client who operate new commercial projects across the South Coast. They are specialist in a niche commercial market, consisting of laboratories, clean rooms and testing health centres. They have major projects coming up and are in need of a project manager to join their team on a full time basis. The client is trustworthy, hard working and has exceptional staff retention within the business. This is a special opportunity to really put a stamp on your career in this sector of work.


You will be based in Swindon on their upcoming project, ensuring everything is completed from pre-construction to completion. You will work Monday-Friday 9 hour days, and weekends if required. You will ensure everything is kept to deadline and complete cash flows throughout. You will also be liaising with the client and going through the details to ensure they are kept happy throughout. Working alongside the site manager of the project, you will guide and assist with meetings, drawings, plans and management of the sub-contractors. It is key to also identify new sub-contractors that are local to ensure productivity is at it's highest level.


Must have extensive knowledge in project management, specifically in the commercial sector. Having Tier 1 experience would be beneficial but not essential. You must be pro-active, hard working and able to think on your feet to overcome unexpected challenges. Experience in leading meetings and client facing conversations is essential to this role. You need to hit the ground running from the start, so must be prepared and ready to start this amazing project from pre-construction stages.


Excellent salary negotiable between £55,000-£65,000 p/a + benefits such as health benefits etc. Also, you will get £600 tax free every month to go towards a car allowance, to cover things like wear and tear and mileage. You will also get a yearly bonus which is extremely generous, as long as you put the work in for it!
