Senior Surveyor – Property Management

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property management surveyor to join a leading national property consultancy in their London office. The role will entail taking ownership of a diverse prime commercial portfolio across London and the South East on behalf of a number of large funds. Within this role you will be liaising on a regular basis with fund managers and other key stakeholders so a high level of professionalism is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of mixed commercial portfolio
• Supervision of on-site staff
• Providing strategic advice with regards to transactions
• Client reporting
• Assisting with value-adding initiatives across the portfolio

Skills and experience

• Proven commercial property management experience
• RICS qualification preferable
• Ability to communicate at a high level

Salary – DOE plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.
