New Homes Sales Negotiator

The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated and have ability to work under their own initiative to drive sales forward and meet targets. Main responsibilities:

• Calling company client database about specific developments
• Managing and maintaining customer records
• Booking and conducting client viewings
• Achieving KPIs including sales targets

Experience:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Track record in a New Homes sales position

Monday to Friday working week with occasional Saturdays for viewings/launches.
