Partner - Project Management

Our client is one of the top 10 Real Estate Advisory practices based in London. They currently require a Director level Project Manager to join their existing team.

The majority of projects will be based in Central London and will range from 5,000ft2 to 300,000ft2.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;

An excellent understanding of the D&B fit out market in London

Team management and leadership skills

Have the ability to take projects through the various stages of construction from establishing the brief, design development, contract tendering and project delivery.

Client Account Management

Effective business development skills and identifying potential new opportunities

Educated to degree level in a relevant Construction, Property or Design subject
