Qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor required with Civil Construction knowledge. Based in Colchester
Quantity Surveyor

£45-£55K salary
Your new role
Working for a reputable and fast expanding company you will be joining an exciting team that is looking to become a leading Civil contractor in the local East Anglia area. This role will be on a permanent basis located in the Colchester, Essex area
What you'll need to succeed
Work closely with the MD to achieve maximum profit
Manage sub-contractors
Manage all variation of work under the agreed contacts
Pricing work effectively to maximise profit
Preparing, Negotiating and analysing costs for tenders
What you'll get in return
