Senior Investment and Development Manager

This client side organisation require a Senior Investment and Development Manager to join their London based team. Working closely with the Director, you will work towards achieving optimal returns from the assets by implementing capital development schemes in line with agreed asset management strategies for the estate.

You will manage the output and performance of junior investment and development managers, monitoring project progress, spend and reporting. Manage the distribution of work within the team to ensure efficient resourcing and delivery pace, bringing in third party resource where appropriate. You will deliver an investment programme meeting the agreed rental income targets and investment returns for the portfolio. You will identify and develop opportunities with developers, investors and occupiers of adjoining property to leverage value from investment projects.

Ideally MRICS qualified, you will have demonstrable track record of driving performance from others and Achievement of meeting financial targets within a competitive environment . For more information please contact Alistair Carter
