Project Manager

Your new company
An Established main Contractor working on projects between 5 - £15 Million predominantly for private clients in the South East London area. Projects are a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes with a residential bias.
They now seek an experienced project Manager to head up a recently awarded mixed use scheme in SE London - The Project is a £15 Mill part new build, Part refurb office development spread across 6 floors and multiple buildings. Programme approximately 2 years.

Your new role
As Project manager you will have full control of the scheme reporting directly to the MD, you will manage the onsite team of mangers, surveyors and technical staff and be the liaison for all internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for producing and amending your own programmes as well as being able to review designs/drawings and foreseeing any potential issues. You will have overall control of Health & safety & quality control whilst monitoring costs with the support of the surveyors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a clear background in Project managing £10Mill + new build schemes with a main contractor, Previous experience in the office fitout sector will also be desirable. As PM you will be comfortable using Asta or similar to create programmes and hold all of the relevant H&S tickets associated with a PM role.You will have experience of BREEAM and be comfortable working on Design & Build contracts
