Hays have been approached by a top private practice surveying consultancy to help them recruit a Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor in their Glasgow office. Our client are a leading multi national surveying firm providing cost consultancy to their clients. This role provides a clear route to not only Associate level, but Director within a realistic time frame. If you are a Senior/ Associate Chartered Quantity Surveyor who is looking for an opportunity to work on some of the best construction projects Scotland has to offer then this could be a fantastic move for you to make.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
- MRICS
- Experience with cost planning, preparing tenders, billing
- Previous Private Practice experience, working on Private Sector Projects.
- Confident in front of clients, being able to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships.


What you'll get in return
Immediate Progression. This role will offer a Senior QS an immediate opportunity to promote directly into an Associate level role. Furthermore, the progression of this position does not stop there as a route to office Director is also a achievable option.
