In your new job role you will be working as a Development Surveyor for an exceptional development and regeneration specialist SME consultancy based in South Birmingham. Your new role

In your new job role you will be working alongside a team of Surveyors with a wealth of combined experience at varying levels and project background. You will work on a variety of projects including development and regeneration projects across the public and private sector. In your new job role you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of disciplines including development, valuation and agency.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally be a MRICS chartered surveyor and Registered Valuer with experience and knowledge working on residential works. You will have an excellent work ethic and be passionate about providing an excellent service to your clients. You will be an excellent team player but have the ability to work autonomously.
