Architectural Technician | Up to £30,000 | In Newmarket

An Architectural Practice in Newmarket area is currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This company works in a variety of projects and has a very motivated and ambitious technical team.

Your new role
In this role you will be working on different stages of projects, such as the preparation and briefing of projects, the concept design and the technical design, depending on your experience. However, you will be mostly involved with the production of technical drawings. You will be working together with Architects, other Architectural Technicians and Architectural Assistants to guarantee the deliver of all projects within time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to succeed in this role you will have already some experience working as an Architectural Technician. You will be able to hit the ground running and be confident with the UK Building and Planning Regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with AutoCAD 3D or any other similar 3D software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD or Vectorworks.

You will be working in a fast paced environment so ideally you will be confident in your skills to deliver the projects within time. An ambitious and energetic candidate would be ideal for the dynamic of the office.
