Your new company
A commercial renewable energy company are looking to recruit a Solar PV Site Supervisor, to work on projects across the midlands.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the installations of Solar PV, HV/LV works, battery storage solutions and EV charging projects.

You will be required to work to a planned schedule, running projects inline with tight deadlines, managing a team and contractors. You will hold both internal and external meetings, carrying out briefings and reviews, and will conduct inductions, toolbox talks, Health and Safety management and inspections of all works.

You will provide daily activity reports, document work undertaken, and will recognise issues and assess risks and review any findings. You will also assist the Project managers when required to to support with workload, and will be responsible for inspecting work to ensure that it is of a high standard.


What you'll need to succeed
You must hold an SSSTS or SMSTS and have recognised H&S qualifications.

You will be an experienced site manager with an electrical background with experience of Solar projects being desirable.

You must be able to work under pressure and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
