Project manager - Main Contractor

Your new company
A Kent based Main contractor with a long history and enviable orderbook, Building out some of the largest projects currently on site in the South East they now seek several experienced Project managers to help deliver the current and future schemes. Working predominantly on £10 - 25 mill new build commercial schemes upcoming projects include several large academies plus a large assisted living scheme and a new retail park.

Your new role
As Project manager you will be no.1 on site overseeing a large site team of mangers, surveyors, technical and admin staff. As project lead you will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting programme, Sub contract management including quality control, performance review and health & safety. Reporting to the construction director you will take full ownership of your scheme and be heavily involved in client liaison, as well as flow of information between multiple internal and external parties.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong and stable background with a medium to large contractor is preferred as is evidence of managing £10 Mill + projects from start to finish. You will hold the relevant H&S qualifications and be looking for a long term career move in the Kent/SE region.
