Your new company

Your new company is a residential developer based in Cambridgeshire who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working alongside another established Quantity Surveyor. You will be predominately office based however you will be expected to attend site meetings and work from site a couple of times a week.


What you'll need to succeed
Background in Quantity Surveying, previous experience within residential is preferred but not essential.
A relevant qualification route, ideally degree or HNC/HND.
A keen eye for numbers and finances and contractual issues that may arise.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload, maintaining awareness of demands on different projects.
Willingness to undertake other ad-hoc duties that will come in hand in hand with the role.
Ability to negotiate and liaise across subcontractors, colleagues and senior management.
