Construction Cost Manager / Project Manager

Our client is an investment and development company experienced in creating and developing design led commercial office space. Due to expansion they have a need for a Cost Manager to join their development team. Working closely with the Project Manager and Development Manager on a typical project, this person will manage their external cost consultants, ensuring that our client is getting the best advice. In addition to looking after the costs on projects there will be elements of project management as well.

To be considered you will be a chartered MRICS Quantity Surveyor with a good range of experience gained within a reputable consultancy or a similar development company. You will have new build and refurbishment office experience and a knowledge of the London market.
