Your new company

I am currently working with a volume residential house builder who are looking to expand their operations team within the West Midlands, Founded over 30 years ago, my client builds over 15,000 beautifully designed new build homes a year throughout 400 prime locations in the UK. Considered as one of the most successful house builders in the UK, my client is committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service that they offer to the clientele they deal with on a day to day basis.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with the Company's health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain traffic management and site strategy and review as required
• Follow company guidelines in relation to accident and incident reporting procedures
• Ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion
• Carry out service visits in accordance with the customer journey
• In conjunction with the Build Director, prepare the master build programme and review and revise in line with budget requirements

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed, the successful applicant will need to possess the following competencies:

• Relevant experience at a similar level
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
• Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively
• Capable of implementing change
• Decision maker with pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure
• CSCS card at site manager level
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving License
• Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will receive a salary of between £50,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience and a generous package which includes Company Car / Car Allowance, holiday entitlement and pension contribution.
