Hard Services Facilities Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a Hard Services Facilities Manager to come in and manage a large contract. Working with my client you will be expected to hit the ground running overseeing all works planned and reactive, ensuring the works are completed and managed to my client expectations.


What you'll need to succeed
Overseeing a multi-million pound budget, you will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for improvement, ensuring that all projects run on time and within budget. You will be leading sub-contractors on site overseeing and setting plans for the building projects across the estate setting up the maintenance programme moving forward.

• Mechanical or Electrical
