Your new company
A Lincolnshire based practice focusing on Residential projects require an Architect to take the lead on new projects forward, bring in new clients and drive the excellent company ethos.

Your new role
As an Architect you will be developing concepts, liaising with clients, driving the technical team, spotting and driving for new business opportunities and supporting the leadership team.
You will be using the latest software packages including Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to make sure the designs and plans are to the highest possible quality.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Architect you will be experienced on AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe suite, have experience of RIBA stages 0-7;Ability to communicate effectively to all levels from junior staff to director and clients. Experience of residential sector, ability to work on multiple projects and experience to spot opportunities in the market for developing new business.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £45,000.
