Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a reputable contractor based in the Staffordshire area. Working out of the new build division, you will be responsible for completing new build projects up to the value of around £10M.

Your new role
Duties will be completing new build projects in and around the Staffordshire area. You will be expected to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed to the highest possible standards and within budget. Projects are likely to be commercial builds.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have your SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness as a minimum, in addition to proven experience in a similar role, delivering high quality builds.
