Permanent Estimator role - Derbyshire - Groundworks and Infrastructure - Industry leading organisation

Your new company
You will be working for a market leading construction contractor who focus the civils and infrastructure sector. The company work across Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure. Due to expansion into the East Midlands the organisation are seeking a permanent Estimator to join their ranks.


Your new role
In this position you will be working as part of the commercial team in the Derbyshire office. You will be responsible for responding to tender enquires, identifying labour, material requirements and costs. You will prepare estimates, complete takeoffs and liaise/negotiate with subcontractors.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working on Housing Developments, Roads, sewers, culverts, bridges, retaining structures, grounds and surfacing works. Dependant on the type of project you will be working on projects ranging in value £500k & £30M. You will also hold a full UK driving license.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for an established contractor who have 14 lives sites between Nottingham and Derby with plenty more in the pipeline. The salary + package on the vacancy is entirely dependant on previous experience in particular within residential groundworks sector.
