This is a brand new exclusive client-side real estate project management opportunity for a Mandarin speaking professional who holds significant commercial office construction / development experience. MRICS OR APMP Qualifications Desirable.

Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with a boutique international development company who currently have asset under management in Central London at a value of c.£500m. This international investor has plans to redevelop an existing commercial office building totally c.20,000 sqm. This organisation is seeking a Mandarin Speaking real estate project manager with relevant commercial office development experience to manage the refurbishment from start to finish.

Client-Side Senior Project Manager

This is a senior level commercial project management role suitable for a real estate professional with relevant construction or development experience. The role will require a project manager to assist with the planning applications, design the development procurement, contractor tendering, contract management and managing the construction process to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Mandarin Speaking - Essential

Relevant Real Estate / Project Management Qualifications - MRICS OR APMP

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering development / construction of multi-let trophy commercial office buildings in central London. In addition, the candidate will have the ability to assist with development management and contribute to asset management strategies.
